Quality of a very high level

Brad and Rob replaced our old rotten external staircase to the back patio in June this year. Their work of high quality accompanied by a cost that was realistic yet competitive was an extremely satisfying surprise. Their unexpectedly high level of communication was also a revelation. We had become accustomed to a comparatively low level of communication from tradesmen generally and it was, therefore, refreshing to be kept informed every step of the way. Many visitors have now seen the staircase and have been, unfailingly, complimentary, for it presents – both practically and aesthetically – such an undeniably high standard of workmanship.
